Each year, devotees of SSNM-Florida eagerly look forward to and await the arrival of Kartik Snaan (Tirath). Tirath presents an opportunity for Hindus to perform puja and make offerings to Ganga Maa. As is customary, devotees traveled to nearby Cocoa Beach to pay their respects to Ganga Maa. According to Hindu scripture, the mother, in the form of Ganga Maa, can cleanse a devotee by washing away all of his or her sins, if approached with love and faith.
